Back to back beams are two beams bolted together and used if greater support is need for above masonry work. Their spacing apart also means that they can support internal and external skins whilst leaving the cavity clear. Online cut lengths for back-to-back beams range from 1,000mm to 7,500mm.
Choose your section size and enter the required cut length in the order builder, then select the available finish and fabrication options. Review the specification and displayed availability before adding it to your order. Eligible simple beams ordered by 11am can be ready the next working day. Other standard orders typically take 2–4 working days. Finishing and fabrication requirements can extend the lead time; check the date shown in the order builder for your selected options.
You can also add service and timber holes to your back to back beam so that it arrives ready to be installed.
